Our highly cell concentrated Leukopak stands as a specialized product derived from leukapheresis procedures conducted with the Spectra Optia® apheresis system. This cutting-edge technolo- gy utilizes advanced centrifugal mechanisms to facilitate contin- uous blood flow, enabling the selective extraction of white blood cells from normal peripheral blood. These cells are then directed into a sterile collection bag supplemented with ACD-A anticoagu- lant. The resulting enriched product comprises a diverse array of blood components, including monocytes, lymphocytes, platelets, plasma, and erythrocytes.
